After pressing the green flag, you can move your mouse/trackpad to move the hand sanitizer bottle. The cyan(blue) things coming out of the bottle is hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer will help destroy the Coronavirus. If the hand sanitizer doesn’t work or if you need something stronger, you can click once to use soap. You will know that you used the soap if there are yellow bubbles. That is how you play the game.
